Exceptional price · American quality
We make the parts that go inside the vessel.
Perforated risers, tubesheet assemblies, support plates, mesh pads, vane packs, cyclonics, strainers, cartridge carriers, davits and quick-open closures — engineered to order and fabricated in Mineral Wells, Texas.
Spec 01 · Perforation
Every riser is drilled to a number.
Open area is the number that decides whether a riser passes flow or chokes it. We drill 23% to 58% on 60° staggered pitch. Move the slider and watch the plate change.

Open area on triangular pitch = (π ⁄ 2√3)(d ⁄ p)². Shown at a fixed 0.500″ pitch; in production the pitch moves too. Tell us the flow and the pressure drop you have to hit and we will size it.

Product 04 · GD Bandlock 2
Quick-open closures, including the big ones
The original internal-door locking band — the 1985 patent — in horizontal and vertical orientation. We specialise in large diameter, and we do not stop at the purchase order: FNS services closures, trains your crew in the office and in the shop, and supports installation and hydrotest.

Filter housings, 24″ and down
A code shop dedicated to small vessels — filtration & separation, instrumentation and heat exchange. Two families, and the honest difference between them.
